Mentors are required to attend a minimum of three workshops and to join at least one casual networking event throughout the year. Examples of workshops include how to brand yourself, financial literacy and money management, and exploring the connection between mentorship and leadership. Past events can be viewed on associated link.
Mentors are required to meet with their mentees at least 3 times to identify and work towards the mentee’s personal and professional goals.
